Write a week of threads in one sitting. Postfully posts them on time, in your voice, and shows you what lands.

Every coding agent session starts from zero. Your conventions, the retry policy you explained yesterday, the decision from last week. None of it is there unless something loads it.

Here's the 5-layer setup I use now 🧵
Posts look exactly like X
while you write them
Drops into your next open
slot, in your timezone
See what lands, then post
at your best times
Postfully is free. X bills your own developer app, per post.
$0.015

$0 / mo

Every draft
shows its cost first
A month of posting every day
Estimated X API bill
One queue and one calendar, whichever you reach for.
Your drafts, your queue and your analytics, on your own server.
Create an app on console.x.com with read and write permissions and pay-per-use credits. Put its keys and an app password in .env.local, then run docker compose up -d --build. One container runs the editor, the API and the scheduler, and your data stays in one file on your server.
Postfully is free. X bills your developer app directly: $0.015 per post or reply, $0.20 for a post with a link, $0.015 per image or video, and $0.001 to read a post's metrics. Every draft shows its cost before you publish.
Yes. The editor, queue, calendar and analytics will feel familiar. Import your X archive to bring your post history and engagement, and point any Typefully automations at Postfully's compatible API.
It learns from a short description of your style and your best-performing posts, then drafts, critiques and rewrites in that voice. Bring your own key for Claude or an open model on Nebius Token Factory; without one, the assistant simply stays off.
On your server, in one SQLite file next to your uploaded media. Account tokens and AI keys are encrypted at rest. Nothing leaves it except your posts to X and, if you turn it on, requests to your AI provider.
X comes first. LinkedIn is next, on the same queue and calendar.
The same Write, Plan and Analyze flow you know. Import your X archive to bring your history, and your Typefully automations work against Postfully's compatible API.
